Angel Eye Projector Headlight Installation Guide

Drill a hole no more than 1/4 inch in diameter in the lowbeam.  I drilled mine out front on top, very close to the lens, the aluminum ring will end up covering the hole upon completion, and feed the Angel eye wires through while follwng this step.

Apply epoxy liberally to the plastic holder for the lens. There reall can not be too much, BUT avoid using so much wit will drip inside the lens.  On my car, I had to remove the silver rounds on my lowbeams so that the angel eyes would fit, You may find a way around this but I just completely emoved mine, I do not see a difference in my headlight brightness. After the epoxy is on, place the lens As even as possable, so "DOT" reads across the upper half of the lens as level as possable.  You will need to secre the lens on to the car.  I used bungee coards and random things I found around my garage as shown.  I recoment you let sit for a MINIMUM of 6 hours, I let mine sit overnight to ensure that they would dry and cure properly.

The only wire I had at the time of install was 16 guage red wire.  It may be complicated if you sell the car or use as a show car If you use all red wiring, but I couldnt care less.  Solder (or crimp) extensions on all wires coming from the Angel eye.  Extensions seen on the far right near the middle.

The high Beam wires can be fed straight back through where the light goes in.  In that respect, I suggest you solder the extensions BEFORE you Feed the wire through the back of the light.
Connect the Brown Extension of the low beam to the Brown wire of the connector (shown left)(the side with 4 of them)

And the White extension of the low Beam to te white wire, directly next to the brown wire you just connected

Connect the High beam brown extension to the other brown wire (on the side with 4)  and the White extension to the white wire directly next to THAT brown wire
You will need to be able to unserstand that wiring diagram.  The left (driverside) I suggest you either tap into or completly cut off the Grey/Green (2 color wire)  Parking light circuit.  As I figured it was unnesisary to have the corner lights on with angel eyes.

Connect (Solder) the white wire (from the side with 2 wires) to that wire coming from the engine (grey/Green) and tape it up.  If you completly cut off the parking circuit, you should also tape off the part of the wire going to the bulb for safety.

Cut and stip the brown wire going to the bulb and solder in the brown wire to that make sure that all 3 remainging are conencted, the side going to the enging, going to the blub and to the angel eye, should be one solder connection.  As shown on the wiring Dirgram.

DO the same on the right side but instead of Grey/Green wire, you are looking for the Grey/Blue wire.

Finally after all that is done, use zip ties to get the wires out of the way so no moving parts get the wire caught in them.
